Is there a way that a BI Administrator can archive/unarchive a specified user's catalog items?
I have the BI Administrator role and can see the entire user base of My Folders. However, I cannot drill down to see reports nor do I have the capability of archiving/unarchiving a report for a specific user. Is this not available functionality as an Admin?

Hello Lea,
Could you confirm that you have the BI Admin Role by clicking on your user icon (top right corner). Then check if you can see the Administration link.
If you do have the role, you may want to visit the Manage Privileges menu from the Administration link and check if there are any restrictions on the Catalog section like 'Archive Catalog' for the BI Administrator Role.

Yes, I have the BI Administrator role and am able to get to the Administration menu. Here is how our Catalog options are currently setup:
