    How both instances are configured? same Tenant or different ?

    Are you able to configure your remote content web sever from your cx instances?

    Technically its possible.

    I don't think customer's both HCM and CX instance are on the same tenant; for example
    HCM instance would be something like http://abcd-dev2.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com
    CX instance would be something like http://bcde-dev2.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/……
