how to get report output as PDF by QR Code on BIP report (oracle fusion) ?

Hi,
i want to ask about QR code on report output,
the user will generate a document using self service , this document which is a report output contains QR code at the beginning of the report, once the user scan the QR code by phone he will see the report output on his phone
please advice how to do that if its doable on oracle fusion BIP Report

I have not done this test case. However you can refer below for more details
QR code in Fusion for KSA (Doc ID 2817199.1)
