Named access in OBI not working for few users

Hi,

Hello everyone!!

We have some new reports being deployed to BI which needs to be seen only by some specific users.

We have given open access to these users and full control to Admins.

The report is visible for all users except for one of the user X.

Named user specific access is not working through the application for this specific user X.

May I know where exactly we will be able to see logs when the user is logging in to see this report?

    Any explicit deny of access to these reports?  If so, that user might be in one of those roles and thus is being blocked.
