Ability to access Schedule process names using a Table in OTBI Report.

Organization Name
Apps Associates
Description
We have a requirement to show all the scheduled job in an OTBI report. We are not able to access Schedule process name as it is stored in XML format in FUSION_ORA_ESS.REQUEST_METADATA table in MDS repository which is not accessible in SAAS.
Need ability to access FUSION_ORA_ESS.REQUEST_METADATA table from SAAS so that we can use it while developing reports.
Use Case and Business Need
To show all scheduled job with schedule process name and scheduled frequency.

We need the same list and on top of it we would need to have the parameters of sheduled jobs, This was possible in 11i version.

Hi there,
Thank you for your idea. I am relocating it to our Transactional Reporting (OTBI) Idea Lab for proper review: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/resources/b2df648d2a/summary

Hi, is there any update on this idea?
It would be really helpful to have the ability to report on scheduled processes, their frequency and the parameters from within OTBI as these are difficult to manage pro actively at the moment and updates often cause them to stop running successfully. Having a report will allow easy sight of what's scheduled to run at any time

No, We are still waiting for an update...

Is there any update regarding this?

Is there any update on this? - we still cannot access FUSION_ORA_ESS.request_metadata
Thanks

The visibility to scheduled jobs and their parameters would greatly help our business process from a critical support perspective. For example, when scheduling requests for multiple BUs it is necessary to see which Business Units are scheduled to run and their scheduled run times. This information helps us confirm what scheduled processes may be duplicated for a business unit or missing for another business unit.

Agreed with Emiliano R above. From a support/admin perspective, access to ess job definition/parameters and scheduled data would greatly help. EBS had this info in the following tables for job definitions:
FND_REQUEST_SET_PROGRAMS
FND_REQUEST_SET_PROGRAM_ARGS
fnd_request_sets_vl
fnd_req_set_stages_form_v
fnd_executables
etc.Scheduled data could be found in:
fnd_conc_req_summary_v
etc.Access to this data helps immensely for monitoring/admin.
