Allow for Custom Palettes to be saved across all workbooks

When creating reports, often companies will have specific colors needed for proper report branding. For this reason, we have to create custom palettes for every single report we create. This takes a significant amount of time and redundant work especially if there are a lot of colors and hex codes to copy and paste. It would be great if we could save a palette that would show up by default every time we create a new workbook.

It'll be very useful feature to have.

This would be a great addition! We've been wanting something similar for the Analytics application as well!

We are creating custom dashboards in FDI with multiple visualizations. We also want them branded to our approved colors/HEX codes. This would be very helpful indeed!

We've just started using FDI and I think what you need is there. When creating a workbook, you can set the palette and save it as a theme. Then set the theme as the default for all workbooks.
In the console from FDI, under "Layouts and Themes" in themes tab you can set any saved theme you've made as a default.
You may have to go back to your workbooks to set them back to default, but it could work for you going forward.
