Hi @User_6H96B We are in the process of designing and development of HR Help Desk subject area in HCM FDI. This is in our 24B roadmap. Will keep you posted as soon we announce the delivery of that. Please reach out to me if you have any specific use case around HR HD Analytics to solve in your organization. I can try to add that to scope now, if not later.

Hi @Victor H happy to announce that HR Help Desk subject area is available in Release 24R2 of HCM FDI. I hereby share a sample dv output for reference. It is in Self-Enablement Preview currently.

Hi @Tim Janssen HR Help Desk subject area is available from Release 18.4 i.e. 24R2. It is under Preview, you just need to enable it. Please reach out to me if you need a sample dv that I had created for demo purposes. I shall share the output of that dv here

To confirm - are these "demo" analytics that have been built for the purpose of showcase, or do these come out-of-the-box to a customer who has bought licenses for FDI Analytics for HCM?
