Can we insert attachment of transaction to custom report?

We have some attachments in the transaction, for example PO. We want to insert these attachments to custom report.

How to insert these attachments?

Let say the pdf attachment have 3 pages and custom report without attachment have 7 pages. I want these 3 page (all of element like text, image, table, etc) included into custom report. So, when I run the custom report, the output will be 10 pages.
