What are the methods to move Analysis and Dashboards between environments?

I am currently trying to figure out how to move Analysis and Dashboards that I have created in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) from my Dev environment to my UAT environment but I can't seem to figure it out. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction or offer some guidance?

    You can use the snapshot export and import option for migrating the entire catalog, while the catalog archive and unarchive option is best suited for migrating specific catalog objects.
