Need to find the count of vacant positions
KeerthanaBaskaran
Rank 3 - Community Apprentice
To get the vacant positions, I'm using column the 'Number of Positions without incumbents' from the Subject area 'HCM - Positions'. But we have special case, if the position is occupied by Pending worker then those position also considered as vacant position.
I have tried multiple calculations using Subject area 'HCM - Workforce Core' but nothing works.
Kindly share ideas if anybody faced this in FAW.
Thanks,
Keerthana.

As per our Data Lineage documentation -
Number of Positions without Incumbents —> Count(Distinct Position ID) Where Active Status = 'Active' AND Incumbent Count = 0
If you think this calculation is not satisfied with your business need , please create custom metric.

Arjun
