OAS 2023: Dataset schedule should have a option to select timezone along with time

While submitting the schedule for the OAS dataset, there is no option to select the timezone. Application is taking default timezone of the user who is submitting the schedule - application should have a feature to select the timezone as well while selecting the start date/end date and time of execution.
