Not able to view the Reports scheduled in OTBI. I have custom BI Administrator role.I need to cancel - Application to be reviewed_report.

Can you please confirm if you are having ESS Monitor role? If no, please assign ESS Monitor role and retry:

Only the user who has scheduled the report will be able to see it in Manage Report Jobs by default.
