Employee displays in OTBI results for indirect manager they no longer report up to

Question

We've kicked off our workforce compensation cycle. I have an employee who changed managers earlier this year. The indirect manager they previously reported to is seeing them in an OTBI analysis result and shouldn't. They do not see them in their worksheet. The employee is showing in other OTBI analyses as well for this indirect manager. When I run my hierarchy analysis the employee's hierarchy looks correct. Is it possible something is not refreshed somewhere? We have a process running to refresh our hierarchy daily. Appreciate any guidance.

ah ok..apologies I’ve misunderstood then. So running simple hierarchy report returns correct results..if so then what is the scenario / query that isn’t working ?

@gclampitt Yes, we have it running daily and when I run my analysis which pulls parent manager 1 through 6 the employee has the correct hierarchy
