How do I use the segment hierarchy prompt in FDI rather than having different prompts for each level

I am trying to build a report where you can select different parents in the cost centre hierarchy. How can I do this with one hierarchy prompt rather than having multiple prompts for each different level

Hierarchy columns are disabled due to performance issues . If you want to enable refer below KB for process.
