Data Visualizer - Resize axis to max data AND labels placed above max data points

When working with 'short' visualizations, there are cases where the auto resizing vertical axis set to Max Data option cuts off data labels set to the Above position. Workarounds include manually setting axis bounds that are above maximum observations to make sure enough space is left for labels, or setting labels to the Below position. These work, but because of conventions around putting labels above marks, and the problem of filters/parameters changing data in the visualization such that the manually set boundaries are no longer optimal, there can be some edge cases where one has to intervene.
When adding labels to a visualization with axis set to Max Data option, I would prefer if the axis extended marginally further to respect the new space required to show labels.
