HCM Extract failing with error, please let me know how to resolve this issue:

Hello Arun,
Navigate to the BI Catalog with a user that has the BI Admin role.
Click the More ⇒ Permission on the report in question.
Ensure that the fusion_apps_hcm_ess_appid user has the proper permissions.
Repeat the same steps for the data model.Thank you

Follow the steps mentioned in below MOS note to assign permissions and clear cache:
All HCM Extracts Were Erroring Out. ESS Process Shows Error java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation user: fusion_apps_hcm_ess_appid, permission: 2240 (Doc ID 2870939.1)
Once done, please rerun the extract.
