Exceptions for Agent row limits

Hello Team,
We have received complaints from multiple users that the email agents are delivering incomplete reports due to the row limit on deliveries.
E.g. Our instance is running on 6 OCPUs, and understandably there is a limit of 50k records on email deliveries. However, in cases where the actual report exceeds the limit, the report delivered in the email gets cut-off at 50k records with no indication that the report is incomplete.
There needs to be an indication for such cases that the report being delivered is a truncated due to row limits. And that the complete report is not delivered. Alternatively there should be an option to fail the email agent in such cases with appropriate exceptions.

Limits are in place to ensure service stability. Oracle can review options to provide warning messages upon truncation.
