OBIA 7.9.6.4 Obtaining Software
Hello Folks,
I'm trying to setup an instance of OBIA 7.9.6.4. Not finding any clear documentation on where to download exact software.
1. Per certification, OBIA 7.9.6.4 require DAC 11.1.1.6.4. There is only 11.1.1.7.4 on edelivery but not the required version.
2. I'm unable to find PowerCenter 9.6.1 binaries on edelivery. Has this been changed?

You are almost there but OBIA 7.9.6.4 certification matrix specifically says DAC release 11.1.1.6.4 is certified.

you just have Oracle Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Administration Console 11.1.1.7.0 in Oracle EDelivery, tell us about what oracle will tell you.

We are a total SQL Server implementation. Anybody familiar with dealing with creating accounts / databases for OBIEE, Informatica & Data Warehouse?
Can we have just one id created in the database and use the same id for all the components? How do we handle databases? How many databases?

I think your question could be another thread, Not sure about what you want, and I think it doesnt depend on sql server installation

IPC, do you want create developer user, repository user, administrator user?
