Hierarchy filter not showing all levels

The hierarchy filter does not show all the levels available in the system. Presently the hierarchies are only available till level 22, whereas in some places the leaf level is 19. Therefore, the hierarchies not enabled to the bottom level.
When selecting the Natural Account Code, we can see all the levels i.e. from level 31 to 22 as shown below.
However, when we select Natural Account Hierarchy we only see till level 19 as shown below.

Hi User_Y1S37 , did you find if this is FDI limitation? There is no way I can check in the semantic model why it is like this?
