Oracle Analytics Mobile App is disconnecting or requesting for authentication

Dear Team,

I am successfully connecting Oracle analytics mobile app with FDI URL. after logging into the application while navigating to one one workbook to another workbook it is working as expected seamlessly

however, when I do the navigation from one dashboard to another in the custom-built dashboards, it is asking me to login again with authentication screen. what could be the issue?

it means, it is asking multiple times to login while moving away from one dashboard to another.

Thanks

moreover, it is similar, but this issue is more related to reauthenticate request inside the mobile app after login successful.

whereas the other one is initial login screen based on microsoft in tunes work profile it should not ask credentials as long as SSO is enabled.

so, one issue is at login screen and another is after login inside the catalog navigating from custom dashboard from one to another it is requesting for authentication again that is the difference

Knowing that you have SSO and a need to reauthenticate while browsing is a side effect of a not correct SSO implementation as said in the other thread…

Did you make sure that your SSO is a supported solution for the product you are using? (working doesn't mean supported and certified to work)

  • Might want to log an SR on this one. Seeing what you are doing would help a bunch. If you are navigating using links on a workbook it might be launching the URL in an in app browser. On mobile login cannot be shared from an app to the browser and vice versa so you may be seeing the login again as a result. If you are willing to post a video here I can take a look.
