Patch set to upgrade OAS2023 to OAS 2024

As OAS 2023 and OAS 2024 are based in WLS 12.2.1.4 Server, is there a way that we get an set of patches to upgrade this versions until we move on to the next WLS. If we choose the out of place upgrade it is a complete workload even if we don't have to upgrade the WLS part.
If a patch set is available for enhancement/error correction it will be decent workload to migrate this products as every year we get the new release on this product.
WLS 12.2.1.4 server will be used in OAS 2025 or something else?.

OAS 2024 supports in-place upgrade from OAS 2023. Please refer to the documentation here:
OAS 2025 will use FMW 12.2.1.4 and will also support in-place upgrades from previous OAS releases
