We created BI using the subject area” Workforce Management – Position Real Time” , but don’t find the “Position Entry Date” and “Position Exit Date”

Don't think Position Entry & Exit Dates are available within 'Workforce Management – Position Real Time' as those dates are associated with Person so these are on Person Level but there's no 'Person Dimension in 'Workforce Management – Position Real Time'.
Tried searching other SAs but not able to get that.
It seems Custom SQL / BI Publisher is the only way to get those columns.

These details are not stored anywhere in the database. Hence, not available in the subject areas.
You need to write a custom BIP report to get these details.
