I am trying to 'Add Server' under Manage Publisher > FTP. The screen allows me to input all the details but 'Test Connection' and 'Apply' buttons are missing. I have employee and BI Administrator roles assigned to my user. What could be missing?

Hello Haritha, You already have the BI Admin role, otherwise, you will not be able to go to Manage Publisher ⇒ FTP. Please share screenshot of your FTP setup for further review.

Firstly clear your browser cache & cookies and then sign in again and try the following way to see if there's any betterment.
once you login to fusion, use the following url to logon to BIP directly in the next tab.
https://<YOUR POD>.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver
Once you get the screen, follow the normal steps from this screen, like.

Ironically, I overlooked a scroll bar. It displayed the Return button with nothing below it, leading me to believe the buttons were missing. Eventually, I scrolled to the far right and see just the three missing buttons.
