Encoding type of BI Publisher
Hi, My report has been encoded in UTF-8 BOM, and the customer wants UTF-8 not BOM.
Is there option to change the encoding method? how can I do it?

Hi @TMR KRS,
Need to turn-off 'Add UTF-8 BOM Signature' from Runtime Property for that report.
Please take a look into the following Oracle note which might be useful and have the steps to follow.

But-
I turned it to be False:
But nothing changed - the output is still encoded in UTF-8 BOM.
I did something wrong?

Have you tried clearing the BI cache?
If not, please give it a try.
Please find below high level steps:
1. Clear BI Publisher cache: Administration > Manage Publisher > System Maintenance > Manage Cache > Click "Clear Object Cache" and "Clear Metadata Cache".
2. Reload Files and Metadata: Administration > Maintenance and Troubleshooting > Click "Reload Files and Metadata".
3. Logout > Clear browser Cache & Cookies > Close the browser.
4. Re-Login and Re-Test.
