OBIEE 11g Analytics Page returs Error

Question

Hello Experts,

Please help me in resolving this below issue.

We are using OBIEE 11.1.1.9 version and recently we upgraded our EDW Database from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4.

after upgrading Database version we are facing below errors

1) Analytic s Page Returns below error

Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

2) Not able to open RPD in Online mode

3) Not able connects Oracle BI Server DSN Configuration with Weblogic user.

We notice all our services are up and running in EM , Console and opmnctl.

kindly please tell me, what are the other options i have to check to resolve this issue.

coul you check the credentials used in your OBIEE DSN? You could try creating a test DSN and checking if that works.

we are able to ping our database from OBIEE server.

The first thing would be to try to do a TNSPING to the database from the OBIEE server.
