Hi, I have requirement to build a pivot table where in all the metrics will have subtotals and totals except the percentage metric. I tried the below two options. It didnot work . * Percentage Metric -> Criteria - > Aggregation - None (Didnot work, the subtotals are coming up) * Pivot Table -> Percentage Metric-> mouse icon, Aggregation- None(Didnot work. All the data disappeared) Is there any other way to achieve subtotal and total for all metrics but not for the percentage columns?. Thanks, K

Subtotals are always calculated across all measures in a pivot (and in a table). Percentage is a measure so it will have a subtotal.

Did you try to move the percent column to rows?

Edit: Additionally, in table view if you disable the aggregation (by setting it to None) the percent sub-group and group level totals are not displayed.

may i know which version of the obiee were you using?/ What did you do to achieve this.

Hi Manoj,

One thing i forgot to mention is, i was doing top 10 and others report in pivot table. In this case, the data was disappearing when i selected aggregation none in the pivot table for the percentage metrics.

for the same report, i moved the percentage column to the rows section in the pivot table and have unchecked treat as attribute column for the percentage metric, but my client did not liked it to be placed there so i had to go for other options.

I finally completed this requirement by using Table view ,top 10 in one report and others in another report.

Hi Andrew,

I forgot to mention, i was working on top 10 and others report in the pivot table. In that case i was not able to remove the subtotal from the pivot table percentage column.

In normal pivot table, i was able to remove subtotal for the percentage metric by using aggregation none option for the percentage metric.
