If you aren't asking about using BICC as part of data replication in DV, you should visit the forum in charge of the BICC product and all the other cloud applications, and ask there:

BICC isn't an Oracle Analytics product, it isn't part of OAC or OAS (this category of this community), when not used for data replication in OAC, it isn't covered here.

* What sort of data are you extracting? — Subscription and Assets Data
* What is the data volume that you are expecting? — 300 records per day
* How frequently you want the extraction? — 30 minutes
* Where are you going to extract the data? — UCM server
