Ability to export multiple canvases from a single workbook in FDI Data Visualization

Users at my organization would like to be able to export multiple or all canvases from a single workbook in FDI Data Visualization. The functionality would be similar to printing all tabs from Excel. At present we are only able to export one canvas at a time.

I totally agree! The ability to export all canvases from a single workbook in FDI would make a huge difference. Right now, we can only export one canvas at a time, which is quite limiting. Having the option to export all canvases at once—similar to printing all tabs in Excel—would be incredibly useful, especially when working with lists or large datasets. This feature would significantly improve efficiency. Would love to see this implemented!

We need the same, excel export (for entire OACS / FDI workbook with all canvases) with different canvases as different sheets in an excel workbook. Looking forward for inputs from experts.

Hi Bret,

Unfortunately, the print option here does not fully meet the use case, as the data cannot be used in Excel. It is essential that the data remains usable in Excel, as this is a common requirement for many users. Enabling this functionality would significantly help clients adopt FDI more effectively, especially since Excel remains a widely used tool.

Agreed, we also need the ability to export the entire workbook into excel in one download like you can do with an entire dashboard in OTBI
