Where to find 'Payroll Term ID'

Question

Hi, I'm currently engaging in a project for Payrolling Benefits.  Sometimes employees leave unexpectedly and we need to find a way of updating Oracle for BenefitsTaxedViaPayrollYTD which appears in the FPS and then send an adjustment FPS.

My approach has been to enter an Adjust Individual Balances but this requires a mandatory field value for Payroll Term ID as shown below.

I have interrogated every Payroll Subject Area in Oracle and not one contains this field.

It is supposed to be visible in the Payroll Relationship area but not in my system.

I don't have access to the Database other than through OTBI :-(

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Navigation is >My client Groups >Person Management >Adjust Individual Balances

I've actually managed to get the Payroll Assignment ID from the Payroll - Payroll Run Results Real Time subject area so some IDs are available.

Why would Oracle create a mandatory field in this form if you can't get at it?

Can you please share the navigation for this?

Normally, you can get this data in PAY_PAYROLL_ASSIGNMENTS view. As these are ID fields, unfortunately, you won't be able to get it in OTBI.
