My turn: Non-harmonized theta radiation emission interferences from the warp nacelles impact radial generation of quantum particles in the lower EM band!

Are you sure that you are starting the right listener? As I can see you have plenty of them.

    Yes correct.  oracleoradb11g_home1 listener

So your problem is that your listener is not running. That's a database problem, not OBIEE. You can search/ask for help in DB forum: Database Installation

If that won't solve the problem, we may continue here [after your listener is up and running].

Yep. I've seen that. And that is why I said that you have not "OBIEE 11G Installation on windows 7" problem but "Listener is not working" one. You can find a lot of information on this problem in DB forums.

Still the same answer: you have a DB problem, not an OBIEE (=> BI) problem ...

    Hi Sateesh,

You already have replied to Joel Acha. But I am not clear whether or not you were able to connect to SYS@ORCL123 using SQL*Plus ("I <tried ?> logging on ...."/ "I <successfully tried ?> logging on ....").

Do you need all other instances of Oracle? If not it may be a good idea to de-install the databases so that there is no conflict of paths, SIDs, etc..

Is the ORACLE_HOME variable pointing at the correct path where the Listener file is stored?

    Regards.

What the guys are trying to tell you is this: With 4 conflicting DB installations on your laptop you probably are basing everything you do on a botched foundation. Would be a good idea to start from a clean image.

Also: Thou shalt not torrent stuff! :-P
