Enable 3 level Aggregations within Semantic Model Built RPDs
Currently metrics developed in a fact table within an RPD built in semantic modeler only allow for two levels of aggregation to be built and used in OAC. Using things like SUM, Count on a value column in a fact table (or expression) and then outlining some dimensional aggregation instruction. When using the expression based calculations for metrics you can not wrap a multiple aggregation functions in the expression. The ask here is to allow nested aggregates in semantic modeler. This will allow for more robust calculations and business logic to be built rather than rebuilding these aggregations in the data source.

Currently blocked on several use cases where we are forced to pre-aggregate in the ETL there by compromising the run time choices of dimensions for the end-user
