Can't move workbook to Shared folder. Can't create folder in Shared Folder
I am a member of the FAW Service Administrator, FAW Security Administrator, FAW Functional Administrator, and FAW Modeler Administrator Groups and I am an Administrator on the Fusion side however when I try to save or move a workbook to the Shared Folder it says I am not allowed. I also cannot create a folder inside of the Shared Folder as it says "Invalid Request". Anyone have any insight as to what I am missing here?

@User_1H7AY Can you try adding a Licensed application role ie. FAW Licensed Author to yourself and confirm if you are able to create a folder inside shared folders?

I added FAW HCM Licensed Author and FAW SCM Licensed Author roles to my user and still am unable to create a new folder or move reports to the Shared folder

I don't know if this is related, but, in FDI>Admin Console>Uploads I am receiving a "Failed" on all uploads. I looked it up and it said that custom roles needed to be mapped. I followed the instructions to add a table to the DB that maps the custom roles automatically but it doesn't seem to be working so maybe I am missing a step. Here is the link to the post about it I made in the community.

I got it working, I'm not sure what I did but I was messing around with another issue and might have modified a permission or role or something. Either way, it's working now.
