How do I check on my bursting report after I schedule it to run?

Hi everyone,
I was practicing with BI Publisher, I created a bursting query to deliver a report to multiple emails. Then I scheduled it to run as a test and it was announced as "success" in Report Job History, but I could not find the report that was supposed to be sent.
Since I use LAN network and will send the mails through a specified server instead of Gmail, I have time to make sure that the reports will actually be there.
Is there any way for me to check what my bursting reports look like? Or can I modify the bursting query in a way that the reports are sent to the folder in BI Publisher instead, so I can check them out first?

Hi ,
You can check the report job history. Search for the run → click on job name
Under 'Output & Delivery' —> Click on output name. This will download the output that has been sent.
You can send the report output to UCM server also if you want to review the output before sending an email.

Hi,
I was following your guide and start the download on 2 of the jobs, one with the scope of 'public' and the other with the scope of 'private'. However, it took forever to load and I don't think I can actually download these outputs.
Do you think the issue is in my connection or did I somehow forget to turn on an option to download the outputs?
As in my bursting query, I did set: 'true' AS SAVE_OUTPUT; I also checked the box "Make Output Public" in Schedule Report Job option of each job.

For our Fusion environment, I would be able to select the "Destination" with either Email, or FTP, or content server (although I don't know what that is)…
It seems that there's no such option for your environment?
For us, we are using Fusion Cloud solution, the options are in place when we onboard.
Need someone else's help on your inquiry.

Hi Ngoc,
If you are having the correct bursting definition, you should be able to download the outputs. It might be a temporary issue. Can you try in a different browser?
Also, pls confirm if the job status is success. If possible share a screen shot from report job history where you are trying to download the output.

Sorry for being late to answer. The last job I ran was marked as "success" and there was an output, although it kept loading infinitely whenever I clicked the output name:
As for my BIP, I was using the version 12.2.5.9.0 and I can only get access to the server using LAN network, with Microsoft Edge.

You are no longer Bursting.
Try emailing the output to yourself.
