How we can get instant(Online) run of the report history without scheduling report history

Question

I am trying to export the audit reports scheduling history but, now I wanted to know if we can able to see the history of run without scheduling the report which means instant (Online) run of the report.

Please find the attached  document for your reference. If anyone could help on this please advice ASAP.

To check the history of report executions:

BI Publisher Audit – Fusion Cloud retains BI Publisher audit data for 90 days, which includes details of manual report executions.

OTBI Audit – Execution data is available for six months, and older data is purged weekly.
