Can report viewers (not authors) save a report in My Folders?

Can report viewers (not authors) who have read-only access to a report save the report in My Folders without the FDI admin have to perform an export and import?

    @User_3512R -In Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), report viewers with read-only access (i.e., users who are not authors) cannot save reports directly to "My Folders."

    By default, viewers(consumers) do not have access to edit or use "Save As" to create a personal copy of reports from shared folders.
