Is it possible to configure a fixed home page with predefined custom groups that are visible to all

Hi,

With the new feature of Custom groups we are able to customize the home page but is it possible to configure a fixed home page with predefined custom groups that are visible to all users? As of now after we create the custom groups the user still has to add them on to their home page.

Please let me know your inputs.

The current Home Page content is a user personalized experience meaning the user has to configure the layout. If the user has access to the content, they would be the swim-lanes / content when they customize the layout.

We are working on a feature ('Custom Pages') which will help with your use case.

Privileged users (with the fine grain permission assigned to them) will be able to custom Pages to organize content using Custom Group swim lanes / Watchlists in addition to the default Workbook, Favorite swim lanes.

The Page can be pre-defined with a specific layout and content and shared with the users / user groups and also make a custom page is as a default landing page.

This is a high priority feature for the team, active project in development.

The way the feature is documented, you create and share/provide access. It is up to the user if they want to use that custom group or their own view.

There was a prior request for a curated/custom home page.

I am not sure about the roadmap and evolution of this feature, but you can always file an Idea Lab request to make your enhancement known.
