Thanks for the information. My specific scenario: Our organization has certain required training that needs to be completed once each calendar year. The content was recently updated and the assignment needs to go out for the updated content. Assignments are made using HR data available in the Assignment Real time subject area that isn't in the Learning Records Real time. Since the training is only required to be completed once a calendar year, the requirement is that users who have already completed the old content this calendar year be exempted from completing the content again this calendar year. That information is only available in the Learning Records Real Time subject area. To access all the needed data requires joining the two subject areas.
