How to enable Export options underneath or on each metrics added in one analysis

I have created a analysis that has a compound layout i.e. multiple metric are there. Now, I want to have the export feature on all the metrices rather than one single export at the bottom of the analysis when i go in the preview mode and not in the edit mode.

What am trying to achieve is, suppose i have columns like person name, number, total person who completed a task and total person who doesn't complete a task. So, i the tabular format the last 2 columns will either show 1 or 0 and in the pie or any other type it shows the total or percentage. Now, I want whatever section i select on the pie, it shows me the data behind that and not the complete export of that analysis.

Is it possible to achieve it in OTBI

Hi, You can create a dashboard with one page just with 1 analysis on it. That is ok.

Hi @Nathan CCC,

Yes, I agree with that but this analysis which we are developing is not that large that we would need a full dashboard for this. We prefer using the dashboard if we have multiple pages needed. It is just 1 analysis with around 4 metrices within it.

So, just trying to explore if we have any functionality within it to get export there inside the analysis only.
