I'm looking for the simplest means of batch scripting a number of BI Publisher jobs, is SOAP still the only working alternative for Fusion Financials BI Publisher scheduled job submission or is there anything else that might be 'lighter' in terms of required set up for an end user?

I'm thinking windows shell script to run the services via SOAP - can anyone point me at any documentation or a brief working example of same?
