Alerts are stuck in Scheduled status and aren't Running

Alerts are stuck in Scheduled status and aren't Running.When we re-submit the same alert again,the previous alert shows up as "Cancelled".

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue, where I submit a Resource Alert to run (tried both ON-Demand, and Scheduled), and the Resource Alert just sits under "Scheduled" and never actually runs.

Confirmed I have this security privilege: Process a Predefined Alert (HRC_PROCESS_PREDEFINED_ALERT_PRIV)

Below profile options are set

* Profile:ORA_HRC_USE_BPMCONFIG_TEST_EMAIL = N
* Profile:ORA_HRC_ALERT_APPLY_CHILD_FILTERS = Y
* Profile:ORA_HRC_ALERT_INCOMPATIBILITY_ENABLED = Y

How might we fix this?
