Workforce Goals - Goal Alignments Real Time subject area is taking quite a longer time to fetch shared goal details for manager and colleagues and at the end it is errored out for maximum query running time issue

Is there any other way out to fetch shared goal details for manager and colleagues instead of Workforce Goals - Goal Alignments Real Time subject area ?
