Worker Real Time OTBI Subject Area not pulling in new manager types

We've created new manager types in our fusion environment apart from default line manager (local manager, performance manager etc)

All these are active and being used for months. The information is also available in the backend data.

When users are trying to extract the same information using OTBI Analysis (Worker Assignment Real Time Data), the Manager block is not pulling any other manager type details apart from Line_Manager.

How can we extract the other manager information?

We've tried refresh manager hierarchy couple of times but it still doesn't show up anything apart from LINE_MANAGER information.
