Knowledge Management Article Views- Unable to view the data for Knowledge Article Status.

Hello,

I attempted to run an OTBI analysis using the 'Knowledge Management - Article Summary Historical' Subject Area to retrieve data
on "# of Article Views," "# of Article Links," and Article Status for Knowledge Articles.
However, I am unable to view the data for the Knowledge Article Status column in OTBI.

I've also scheduled the below required schedule processes for the same.

Refresh Service Categories for Reporting - Hourly
Refresh Denormalized Time Dimension Table for BI- Daily
Knowledge Article View Aggregation - Hourly
Knowledge Search Aggregation - Hourly

Are the "Article Status" in this Subject Area populated with data?

    We also have no data in the article status column.

    What are you trying to report on?

    Below are the steps to generate statistics on Knowledge Articles:

    The CRM Calendar should be configured in the system for current year.

    The below processes should be scheduled:

    Knowledge Content Batch Process (run daily)
    Knowledge Search Batch Process (run every 2 mins)
    Knowledge Article View Aggregation (run hourly)

    If the 'Knowledge Article View Aggregation' is not scheduled it may take more than a day or more for the tables to be populated for Knowledge stats by this process.

    Hello @Mark Stoker

    After enabling the 'Enable Article Statuses' option from the 'Manage Knowledge Article Status' task still can't see the data in the Article Status column.

    Additionally, I've scheduled the below schedule processes as well.

    Knowledge Content Batch Process-Daily
    Knowledge Search Batch Process-15 min
