Feature to provide only 'Save As' option even in 'Edit' mode of workbook.

We want to give the "Save As" option to the user but not "Save" option so that user cannot do any changes in the existing report but will be able to create a new report.

We have raised a SR i.e., "SR 3-40963347591 : Object level security in Oracle data visualization" where Oracle support suggested to raise New Idea.

Please suggest.

You can achieve it by defining Access as Read-Only and Share as Edit. This will allow the user to open in Edit mode but not save over the original copy.
