Employee Final Feedback not returning value in OTBI

Question

We Are  using the subject area Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real time and we want to get the below columns

Digital Signature

Employee Final Feedback

We are not able to find the column Digital signature in the above subject area . We were able to find Final feedback comments column in the above subject area but we do not have values in that column even after the Final feedback is given by the employee.
