power BI to Oracle hyperion free form (Essbase not OAC) cloud connectivity.
OAC can connect to EPM FreeForm either directly or via semantic model, it is different connector from the Essbase connector. In order to use PowerBI on EPM FreeForm data you would create a subject area within the semantic model then connect PowerBI to that subject area. Be aware it will be very labor intensive to create the Point of View for the FreeForm app to get data back.

Oracle published document refer to ADB(Autonomous Database).
Connecting Oracle EPM Cloud Free Form Application directly to Power BI is not natively supported because these applications are multi-dimensional (OLAP), and Power BI does not have a native Essbase/Hyperion connector for Oracle Cloud.
EPM experts can comment. See below an option using Oracle Analytics Cloud:
If you have Oracle Analytics Cloud with Essbase, you can connect it to Freeform and then use OAC’s connectors or expose data to Power BI (via OData...).
For any other solutions with Autonomous Database, please check with the database community.
Is there any document to setup Autonomous database for Freeform Essbase.
