Oracle Analytics Server : Cluster services

Hi All,
scenario 1 : Is it good if we maintain scheduler service and cluster controller up and running on Both primary and secondary servers (obiccs1,obiccs2 & obisch1, obisch2)
scenario 2: or we have to maintain only Primary server services up and running for obisch1,obiccs1 and remaining should be down
what could be the issue on scenario 1
scenario 2: services health will not good on EM status
Regards,
NR

In a high availability (HA) setup with primary and secondary servers running BI services, having both environments active can be beneficial. This allows for a seamless switch if something goes wrong with the primary server. What is your concern?

To add, this is documented here:
About Components in a Clustered EnvironmentThe Cluster Controller and Oracle BI Scheduler on APPHOST2 are passive (they're started but don't service requests) and are only made active if APPHOST1 components fail.
