Calculating percentage for each row based on the column total in OTBI report

Hi All,
I'm trying to calculate the percentage for each row based on the column total in OTBI report as per below sample, when i tried with pivot table and set the show value as percent of column it doesnt work.
Any suggestion @ra
Person Gender | Employee Count | % of Employees |
|---|---|---|
Choose not to disclose | 14 | 0.05 |
Female | 10087 | 33.14 |
Male | 19717 | 64.79 |
Not Available | 615 | 2.02 |
Grand Total | 30433 | 100.00 |

Can you please check if the aggregation level has been set-up for the measure in the pivot table like below?
