Pivot Table incorrect total

I created a simple pivot table to count the number of accounts in a certain category. It is doing a distinct count and adding the totals at the end. What could possibly be causing the miscalculation?

Can you please check if the 'Aggregation Rule' has been set for the column in the Pivot table?
