Hi Team,
Recently, we have configured SSL in OAS 7.0.0. After that, i can log in to Chrome and Firefox. While opening in Microsoft Edge, i can see half a page. Please find the screenshot attached. I am facing this issue only in Microsoft Edge.

Hi,
Welcome to the Oracle Analytics community and forum.
First of all, a detail that is good it keep in mind: OAS 7.0.0 is not supported anymore, you should consider upgrading at some point…
I imagine you did the usual "cleaning" of your browser, deleting all temporary files and cookies etc. If that's done, do you see any specific protocol error in the browser developer tool, mostly in the network tab? You maybe have a mixed protocol issue going on and the HTTPS page is now blocking the loading of HTTP resources to keep your page safe.
How did you configure SSL? How is your OAS configured? Any proxy etc.?
More details are needed to not play a random guess game…

Mahesh,
As Gianni mentioned OAS 2023 (7.0) only has Sustaining Support and is no longer under Error Correction Support
Oracle Analytics Server Error Correction Support Policy and Dates (Doc ID 2775561.1)Our recommendation would be to migrate or upgrade to OAS 2025 (two updates later then what you installed).
If you continue to troubleshoot, follow the advice above, as we do not know how your complete architecture is configured (offloading/terminating SSL?)0 -
Hi All,
Thank you for the prompt response. Recently we have migrated from OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 to 11.1.1.10.3 PS4.
The previous version of OBIEE is 12.1.1.2, and the code was migrated to OAS7, which is part of 11.1.1.10.3 PS4.
EBS SSO and SSL are implemented, and results are working as expected in Chrome and Firefox. While opening in Microsoft Edge, we are facing this issue.
We are signing the application with EBS. Below are the parameters updated in edge://compat like below
EBS is compatible with IE11, and the same IE11 is used for OAS too.
Looks like OAS 7 is not supporting IE11.
If we replace the parameters IE11 and IE10 with the default, then BI is working as expected.
